Our vision for the village shop exterior

Shop

This is a quick mock up we made to see how it looks.

We have been planning what the exterior of the shop could look like when we take over.  As an independent retailer we will not have to use corporate branding.

The current shop exterior

Karen Barnett is a local resident who runs Parc Signs in St Austell, her company has quoted a fair price to create the new signage and given us lots of advice on the new style.

They are going to create a more professional visual layout for us to show you, but we thought you would like to see what we are thinking.

Parc Signs are a family run local business, we know Karen Barnett who runs it as she lives in the village and attended our launch event. Her parents lived in the village for several years before moving to Lostwithiel. Having started as a traditional signwriting company Parc Signs now works across the UK on a wide range of sign projects with clients including the National Trust and the Royal Botanical Gardens Kew.

Karen’s father David co-founded the business with his partner who also lives in Tywardreath.  He has a loyal following of signwriting clients and the business is always keen to work on local projects keeping quality at the forefront of everything it does.  We would like David’s traditional signwriting skills, with his modern style, to paint the shop name on the fascia.
